Políticas de Pago y Proceso de Encargo

Para ofrecerte un servicio transparente y garantizar la calidad de cada pieza, trabajamos bajo los siguientes términos:

1. Depósito Inicial: Para comenzar a fabricar tu lámpara, se requiere un pago anticipado del 40% del precio total (este total ya incluye el costo de envío).

2. Tiempo de Producción: Una vez confirmado el pago del depósito, tengo un plazo de 30 días laborables para fabricar y terminar tu lámpara.

3. Control de Calidad (Fotos y Videos): Cuando la lámpara esté completamente lista, te enviaré fotos y videos detallados para que veas el resultado final.

4. Pago Final y Envío: En ese momento, te enviaré un enlace o solicitud de pago por correo electrónico con el 60% restante. Una vez que este pago se complete, procederé a realizar el envío por correo.

5. Política de Cancelación: Al ser un trabajo hecho por encargo, si al final del proceso decides no quedarte con la lámpara, solo se reembolsará el 50% del depósito inicial (el otro 50% se retiene para cubrir los costos de materiales y el tiempo de trabajo invertido).

Ejemplo Simple con Números

Imaginemos que tu lámpara personalizada tiene un costo total de 200 € y el envío cuesta 10€.

• Precio Total (con envío incluido): 210 €

• Paso 1 (Para empezar): Pagas el 40% de depósito = 84 €. (Con esto aseguras tu lugar y comienzo a trabajar durante los próximos 30 días).

• Paso 2 (Lámpara terminada): Te muestro las fotos y videos. Si todo está perfecto, pagas el 60% restante = 126 €. ¡Y tu lámpara va en camino!

• ¿Qué pasa si cancelas al final? Si decides no querer la lámpara tras ver las fotos, te devuelvo la mitad de tu depósito (42 €) y yo me quedo con la otra mitad (42 €) por el trabajo realizado.

Payment Policies & Ordering Process

To ensure a transparent process and guarantee the dedicated craftsmanship of each piece, all custom orders are subject to the following terms:

1. Initial Deposit: To begin working on your lamp, a 40% upfront deposit of the total price is required. Please note that the shipping cost is already included in this total.

2. Production Time: Once the deposit is confirmed, I have a timeframe of 30 working days to handcraft and finish your lamp.

3. Quality Approval (Photos & Videos): When the lamp is complete, I will send you detailed photos and videos of the finished product so you can review it.

4. Final Payment & Shipping: Along with the photos, you will receive a direct link or invoice via email to settle the remaining 60% balance. As soon as the final payment is completed, your lamp will be shipped.

5. Cancellation Policy: Since this is a custom, made-to-order piece, if you choose not to proceed with the lamp at the end of the process, only 50% of the initial deposit will be refundable (the remaining 50% is non-refundable to cover specialized materials and labor costs).

Let’s say the total price for your custom lamp is €200 and shipping is €10.

• Total Price (Shipping Included): €210

• Step 1 (To begin): You pay the 40% deposit = €84. (This secures your spot, and I start crafting your lamp within the 30-day window).

• Step 2 (Lamp finished): I send you photos and videos. Once you approve, you pay the remaining 60% balance = €126, and your lamp is shipped immediately.

• What if you cancel at the end? If you choose not to take the lamp after seeing the final results, you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit (€42), and the other half (€42) will be retained to cover materials and time.
