Entendemos que el envío es un paso crítico. La especificidad de nuestros diseños exige, en muchos casos, la creación de embalajes reforzados o cajas de madera fabricadas a medida. Por ello, nuestra política de envíos no puede ser genérica, ya que se adapta a la complejidad técnica de cada obra.

Precios Honestos vs. Envío Gratis

A diferencia de otros diseñadores que ofrecen "envío gratuito" inflando el precio de sus productos, en Recylamps hemos optado por la transparencia. El precio de nuestras lámparas refleja fielmente el valor del tiempo, el diseño y los materiales de alta calidad. Para mantener estos precios accesibles y justos, solicitamos la colaboración del comprador en los costes logísticos, asegurando que cada euro se invierta en la integridad de la pieza.

Casos Especiales y Pedidos de Gran Volumen

Debido a la complejidad logística, le rogamos que contacte con nosotros antes de finalizar su compra en los siguientes casos:

Pedidos que superen los 10 kg de peso.
Pedidos múltiples: Si desea adquirir varios diseños, es fundamental consultarnos para determinar si es posible consolidarlos en un envío o si requieren embalajes independientes para su protección.

🇪🇸 Tarifas y Condiciones de Envío

Basándonos en nuestra filosofía de transparencia y máxima protección, aplicamos las siguientes tarifas según el destino y el valor de la compra:

España y Portugal (Península)

Pedidos superiores a 250 €: Envío GRATUITO.
Pedidos entre 130 € y 250 €: Coste de envío de 12 €.
Pedido mínimo: No se realizan envíos en compras inferiores a 130 €.

Europa (Zona 1)

Destinos: Alemania, Austria, Bélgica, Suiza, Grecia, Italia, Suecia, Francia y Finlandia.

Pedidos superiores a 460 €: Envío GRATUITO.
Pedidos entre 380 € y 460 €: Coste de envío de 18 €.
Pedidos entre 250 € y 380 €: Coste de envío de 25 €.
Pedidos entre 150 € y 250 €: Coste de envío de 45 €.
Pedidos menos 150 € : No se hacen envíos.

Unlike many brands that offer "free shipping" by inflating product prices, Recylamps is built on transparency. Our prices faithfully reflect the artistic value, time, and premium materials invested in each lamp. To keep our work accessible and fairly priced, we ask for our customers' collaboration regarding logistics. This ensures you pay for the craftsmanship itself, while the shipping cost is dedicated entirely to the safe transit of your purchase.

Special Handling & High-Volume Orders

Given the technical complexity of transporting luxury lighting, we kindly ask you to contact us before placing your order in the following instances:

Orders exceeding 10 kg in weight
Multiple Item Orders: If you wish to purchase several pieces, please consult us to determine if they can be safely consolidated or if they require separate specialized packaging.

Spain & Portugal (Mainland)

Orders over €250: FREE Shipping.
Orders between €130 and €250: €12 shipping fee.
Minimum Order: We do not ship orders below €130.

Europe (Zone 1)

Destinations: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Greece, Italy, Sweden, France, and Finland.

Orders over €460: FREE Shipping.
Orders between €380 and €460: €18 shipping fee.
Orders between €250 and €380: €25 shipping fee.
Orders between €150 and €250: €45 shipping fee
Orders under €150 : No shipping
